Qualification required for IOCL Recruitment 2023

| 1. Corporate Communications | Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree with specialization in one/ combination of the following specializations: Journalism Mass Communication Public Relations |
| 2. Human Resources | MBA/ Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AlU) with specialization in one/combination of the following specializations: Human Resource Industrial Relations Labor Welfare Personnel Management Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labor Welfare |
| 3. Marketing | Master’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (equivalent to MBA as per AI) in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management or an equivalent specialization. |
Experience (only for the position of Corporate Communications)
| Corporate Communications | Minimum Two years of post-qualification relevant work experience acquired as Full Time in Mass Communication/ Journalism and/ or related field of work. |
Selection Process:
- UGC-NET June 2023 exam
- Personal Interview
- Group Discussion and Group Task (GT)
- Written Proficiency Test

Shortlisting Process:
- A personal interview will be scheduled for the shortlisted individuals.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit: 28 years
Salary and Pay Scale:
- Basic monthly salary: Rs. 50,000
- Pay scale: Rs. 50,000-160,000
Additional Allowances:
- Selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances as per Corporation rules.
